Fox Point Library's new Community Mural project is ready for a first viewing! The mural, which is painted on the wall surrounding the courtyard of the Fox Point Library, is a joint project of Providence Community Library's Fox Point location and PVD Young Makers. Library users and local community members have contributed to the mural, which was designed by Fall River artist, Marina Katayeva.

Not going to Comic Con on November 2? Then drop into Mount Pleasant Library for the third annual Neighborhood Comics Fest, a free, family event! There will be lots to see and do as local artists, librarians, and educators host creative, hands-on sessions; fun activity booths; and a comic book giveaway. Feel free to dress in costume as your favorite character!
