Teens and tweens are invited Farm Fresh Rhode Island and learn how to make delicious recipes that fuel a strong and active body! Participants will learn how to read and prepare a recipe and other easy steps to success in the kitchen. A chef will lead the group in making the ultimate in fit & tasty food. Recipes include power bars, smoothies and other sensational snacks that feature RI Grown fruits & vegetables.
