Stretch your imagination and your body during Storytime Yoga with certified yoga teacher, Matt Garza! Who knew yoga could take us to outer space or to the jungle? Each session, we will practice a simple children's yoga flow, read and move to a different story, and have fun creating and inventing stories that make us want to move together! NO yoga experience and NO yoga mats required!
