“The Conversation Project” urges people to talk about end-of-life care with their families before the need arises. This interactive workshop is part of a national public awareness initiative dedicated to ensuring everyone’s wishes for end-of-life care are expressed and respected. We will review and discuss a “starter kit” to help you begin the conversation about what matters most to you and your loved ones. This workshop is designed to be simple, yet transformative.

Discussion includes:

•       The Conversation: Do I, and does my family, know my wishes for end-of-life care?
•       Why Talking Matters: How important is it that we understand our end-of-life care wishes?
•       How to Start the Conversation: Reviewing "The Conversation Starter Kit" and am I clear on my next steps?
