Join us for a 45-minute guided meditation class with aromatherapy support by a diffuser and aroma acc-points therapy. This class is taught by Nicole Benisch who is a yoga and meditation teacher, Reiki practitioner and also involved in aroma therapy. She is also the founder of Light Spirit Essentials; a holistic health mentorship practice based in Providence, RI.
