Not an artist? If you can doodle, you can be successful at henna! Or maybe you'd just like to have an experienced henna artist grace your hand with a moon, star, sun or other design. Either way, this class is for YOU! OPEN TO KIDS & TEENS.

Also known as mehndi, henna art is all the rage among teens. A safe, plant based dye originating thousands of years ago in India, the Middle East and Africa, this beautiful, temporary body art lasts 1-3 weeks and is thought to bring protection, love and good fortune to those it adorns.

In this hands-on workshop, after a brief introduction into henna's rich cultural history, ancient traditions, and modern use, you will be adorned by Molly with a high quality, unique, freehand design on your wrist, hand or fingers. You will also try using Molly's hand-made henna cones on laminated practice sheets.

Even if you don't consider yourself artistic, you can find joy and satisfaction learning about and experimenting with this culturally diverse art form. Come join Molly from Henna Your Heart Out and have some fun!
