Bodies aren't straight, we're not machines. We are bags of water controlled by curved bungee cords hooked to an electro-chemical system. So let's rethink our approach to sitting, standing and moving--and feel better, okay?

This discovery session, led by holistic and energy body worker Kerry McKenna, offers a new definition of what a body requires in order to feel easy, free, and at rest.

Exploration topics include: pain relief, anti-stress, aging excellence, exercise, and better balance. What does the brain have to do with the core? When is stretching bad? When is strengthening not good? Come with questions!

Postural evaluations are optional for customized recommendations based on Dr. Ida Rolf's Structural  Integration principles. This does not constitute therapy or bodywork, but education.

Kerry McKenna is a Certified Rolfer (TM),with 13 years experience. She is also an author and performer, passionate about body and energy expression for authenticity in our lives.

"We're so in our heads, I want to bring us back down into our bodies."
