Falun Dafa Group Study & Exercise include reading the main book- " Zhuan Falun" (nine lectures) and learning & practice all the five Falun Dafa exercises.

1) Practice Falun Dafa exercise 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
2) Read the book Zhuan Falun, the Falun Dafa main book.

   The effects can include but are not limited to:
      relieving stress
      being cleansed, refreshed, and recharged
      obtaining wisdom and enlightenment

Falun Dafa (also called Falun Gong) is a traditional Chinese practice of "self-cultivation" -- a way to improve mental and physical wellness through a series of easy-to-learn exercises, meditation, and the elevation of one's mind. Founded by Mr. Li Hongzhi, the practice is guided by the highest qualities of the universe - Truthfulness (Zhen 真), Compassion (Shan 善), and Forbearance (Ren 忍).

More than 100 million people from more than 100 countries have relaxed, become healthier, and improved their morality through practicing Falun Dafa.
