Do you have your own creative project in mind? We have makerspace equipment that you can use during open studio sessions! We offer access to Silhouette Cameo vinyl cutters, 3D printers, Brother sewing machines, sublimation printing, and a heat press. Some upcoming new additions will include a CNC milling machine, ceramics tools, vacuum forming, soldering, and special heat presses for hats and mugs.
If you are interested in using a piece of equipment, here are a few steps to follow to get started:
1. Before participating at an open studio, we ask that you request a training appointment for a separate one-on-one instruction session and orientation for the tool you would like to learn. We will reach out to set up a time and place to meet with you. After you learn the basics, you will get a badge for that tool .
2. If you are trained and badged for a piece of equipment, you have the green light to participate in an open studio session. Please RSVP to an open studio session to let us know which tool you plan to use. We can let you know if that machine will be available and if there is an ideal time to arrive.
