These special Yoga sessions will focus on gently and lovingly balancing our minds, bodies, & breath. We will explore movement through physical poses as well as prepare our bodies for time in meditation.This accessible class is for all people who are looking to incorporate mindful movement, active breathwork, and rest into their days. Weather permitting, these classes will be held outdoors so please dress comfortably and appropriately for the weather.
You are welcome to bring a mat and/or any props that best support you.
These sessions are for all people 16 and older.
Ellary (she/her) has been teaching Yoga since 2014 when she completed her 200 Hour Registered Yoga Alliance Training in Vinyasa. She is also a Level II Restorative Teacher where she studied at the Kripalu Yoga School. She is passionate about slowing things down through meditation and mindfulness. She believes movement can be great medicine and incorporates somatic body movements as well as deep rest into her classes. She believes yoga is for all bodies and completed an inclusive & equitable yoga training with the Accessible Yoga Training School in 2020. Yoga is the way for her to be in and of service to others in her community.
