Knitting 101 Class

Interested taking up knitting but have no previous experience? Take this three-week class for adults to learn the basics!

Come learn to knit! In this three-week class for adults, students will learn to cast stitches on the needle, to do both a knit stitch and a pearl stitch, and to cast stitches off the needle. Materials provided. This class is intended for beginners with little to no experience. If you know the basics of knitting, please join our knitting club instead.

Classes run every Wednesday night, 6:30pm-7:30pm, February 15th through March 1st in person at Mt. Pleasant Library. There will be a makeup class date on Wednesday, March 8th should we need to cancel one of the other dates due to inclement weather. 

Register through Eventbrite to sign up for the course only if you plan on attending all three classes.
